Is your application not working anymore?

You may have noticed: our applications can be installed on Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, and more. It's a very large number of devices to test and support. We do our best, but sometimes issues go undetected.

Smartphones and tablets only: when you open your application, the website appears

We have been working extensively in recent months on restructuring the Pictalk application and the website. As a result, the application has been moved to https://application.pictalk.org and the newly created website is at https://www.pictalk.org (the old address of the application). Your device may have missed the update. Here are the steps to resolve the issue:

  • Open the Play Store or App Store to check if your device has been updated. Update if necessary. Restart your phone once the update is done. Here are tutorials on how to update depending on your device.
  • If this solution doesn't work, clear your browser's cache. Don't worry! You won't lose any data in Pictalk or elsewhere. Here are detailed tutorials:
  • Check that you have an up-to-date version of iOS or Android. If an update is available, install it.
  • Contact us if this is not sufficient. (Contact tab)

Computer: I access the website instead of the application when I type "pictalk" or "pictalk.org" or "www.pictalk.org"

It's totally normal! We have relocated the Pictalk application to https://application.pictalk.org instead of https://pictalk.org or https://pictalk.org

To directly access the application, type https://application.pictalk.org.

The application doesn't speak, I don't have a voice on my device
