This privacy policy applies to the Pictalk application. It aims to inform users of the application about:

Article 3: Collected and processed personal data

Article 3.1: Data collected

The personal data collected in the use of Pictalk includes: a) Email address b) Images uploaded by the user c) Pictogram labels d) Vocalization parameters e) Browsing history and interactions with the application f) IP address and device connection information.

This data is collected for the following purposes:

User login and recovery of their pictograms and images.
Monitoring service quality and proposing improvements.
Training an artificial intelligence network to enhance recommendations.

Article 3.2: Data collection method

When using Pictalk, the following data is automatically collected:

IP address
Android or iOS version of the device
Browser and other technical information.
Other data is collected during certain operations, such as:

Email address retrieval during registration.
Adding images or pictograms related to a label in a personal catalog.
This data is retained for a duration of:

12 months for data collected by Matomo.
Indefinitely for user-related data, unless the account is deleted.
On request for data related to the neural network.

Pictalk is hosted by PICTALK SPEECH MADE EASY, located at 13, rue pierre marion, 69005. The servers are managed by Digital Ocean and Gandi. For any questions, contact us at alex@pictalk.org.

Article 3.4: Data transmission to third parties No data is shared with third parties.

Article 3.5: Cookie policy Cookies are used to check if the user is logged in.
